Dr. Ade Akinrinola is an award-winning educator, scholar, and researcher with a Ph.D. in Education Policy, and Organizational Leadership from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He possesses more than 10 years of experience in academic research, K-16 pedagogical engagement, education scholarship, student success praxis, and youth development. 


His research interests and projects focus on international and comparative education; curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation, and U.S. higher education.


Overall, his research and work are situated at the intersection of international education and American higher education, with a goal of leveraging empirical research and evidence from professional praxis to increase America’s competitiveness in the global market demand for high-talent international students. 


As education consultant, one of the expressions of his consultancy is to identify, recruit, and mentor top talents from the African continent to various American higher education institutions, especially into the STEM and business fields. Through this initiative, he directly contributes to promoting intellectual and cultural diversity within the STEM and business pathways and fields in the United States, which, ipso facto, bolsters America’s lead and competitiveness in these fields. Past clients have gone on to graduate from STEM programs and currently plugged into various economic engagements, advancing the STEM and business fields in America.
